1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We do not ask for any special categories of personal data, so please do not include them in your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider's server automatically records the technical data needed to deliver and protect the site (IP address, browser type, time of the request). These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

• To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are kept for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a business relationship and the law require longer retention. After that they are deleted.

5. Who has access

Only authorised Lorenaprom employees have access to your data. It is stored with our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not transfer your data to third parties except where required by law.

6. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server, so no data is shared with external platforms while you browse the pages.

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transfer (HTTPS) and restricted access to the website administration.
