Polypropylene

Polypropylene (PP) is a versatile polymer known for its exceptional resistance to chemicals, moisture, and wear, and it is 100% recyclable.

Regarding core structure, PP can be corrugated PP, cellular PP, honeycomb PP, or other structured PP. Variable core structures allow for diverse applications across different industries. There are also different thicknesses, densities, and colors available. PP is easy to mold and recycle, ranking it among environmentally friendly materials.

The biggest advantage of this type of material is its multiple-use capability, and it can be cleaned and washed if necessary. Polypropylene is suitable for various types of printing, such as screen and digital printing. Depending on the purpose, we can add different chemicals during PP extrusion to provide conductivity, flame retardancy, UV protection, antimicrobial properties, and biodegradability.
